We have been using Bricks & Agent for all our property maintenance since April 2023. Once we all got the hang of the system, which to be fair didn’t take long at all, we have found it great.  It is very easy to track a maintenance request and great for reminding you if you haven’t had any response or updates from a tradesperson on jobs. Most of our tradespeople are using it well from their end and this in turn makes invoicing very easy.  Approving invoices for payment is quick and easy and certainly saves time for our property managers.  For the few trades that are a little old school with invoices, it is still very easy to add the invoice from our end and approve.Our owners are kept up to date with maintenance jobs, as are the tenants.  This all happens automatically which is also a great time saver. Moving over to B & A was very straight forward.  There are many videos to take you through every step.  These are very easy to follow and very helpful when starting out.  The support from Sonia was great and she is always there to answer any queries we have. We would certainly recommend B & A to anyone looking to speed up and streamline the maintenance side of their business.
