We were using Maintenance Manager for 4 years and have switched to Bricks+Agent and the system is easier to use. They are super responsive to improvements and will help your trades, owners and tenants, as well has your team. As they said to us "Your job is to do Property Management, our job is IT - let us ring your tradesperson to help them work out the tech. Most trades has no trouble but you will always get a couple that will struggle with anything new. For our team, B+A is simple to use, troubleshoots with videos for tenants, and we have no hesitation recommending Bricks+Agent to anyone, and we have.

We made the change to Bricks and Agent at the beginning of 2023. The transition from our previous maintenance programme was seamless. There was plenty of training prior to the change date, and information supplied that we could send to our owners, tenants, and Trade suppliers.The system is easy to use, and the team have picked it up quickly. We have had ongoing support and regular check-ins to make sure we don’t have any questions. When we have needed help, it has been quick and clear.In short, I would recommend the change to Bricks and Agent to anyone considering their options.

We implemented Inspection Manager in 2013 during our time under the Devine Real Estate group. This product proved to be a cost-saving solution that increased productivity and saved the business money by minimizing lost hours. Over the years, the app has evolved to accommodate user feedback, gaining immense love and loyalty from our team who refuse to switch to any other platform. In 2022, we introduced Bricks + Agent (B+A) to our business. Previously, we had implemented a different maintenance program that caused headaches for our team. However, the introduction of B+A changed our perspective as it increased productivity and transparency. This shift saved the business money by avoiding the double handling of invoices and created efficiencies that positively impacted the bottom line. Additionally, we incorporated Invoice Automate, further improving efficiency across the team and generating positive impacts on the bottom line. Overall, these technology implementations have proven to be beneficial and will continue to do so for the business, streamlining operations and driving cost savings. I highly recommend any heads of department and business owners implementing these products for their businesses.

I've been using Proptech Labs Inspection Manager tool as a property manager, and I couldn't be more impressed. Previously, I relied on a basic Word document for property inspection reports, which was not only time-consuming but also lacked the professional touch I desired. We have been using Bricks & Agent for all our property maintenance since April 2023. Once we all got the hang of the system, which to be fair didn’t take long at all, we have found it great. It is very easy to track a maintenance request and great for reminding you if you haven’t had any response or updates from a tradesperson on jobs. Most of our tradespeople are using it well from their end and this in turn makes invoicing very easy. Approving invoices for payment is quick and easy and certainly saves time for our property managers. For the few trades that are a little old school with invoices, it is still very easy to add the invoice from our end and approve.Our owners are kept up to date with maintenance jobs, as are the tenants. This all happens automatically which is also a great time saver. Moving over to B & A was very straight forward. There are many videos to take you through every step. These are very easy to follow and very helpful when starting out. The support from Sonia was great and she is always there to answer any queries we have. We would certainly recommend B & A to anyone looking to speed up and streamline the maintenance side of their business.

We have been using Inspection Manager in our property management department for over 8 years. This program is essential to our daily operations and provides so much cost and time efficiency. Our maintenance processes have improved since going on board with B&A as we are now able to keep all of our maintenance notes, correspondence and communications all on one job request and computer system. This makes it an easier reference point for enquiries from Tenants on where their job is up to, or if a different Tenancy Manager receives a enquiry regarding a maintenance request. It has also made managing maintenance in general feel more efficient on our end.

Realmark Urban moved to invoice automate in October 2022 and since then we have gone from a 5 day business turnaround time on processing invoices to nearly instant approval. We have seen a significant financial savings to the business and to the overall trust accounting. One of our most time consuming processes in our PM team was always maintenance. There were too many steps to get approval, frustrating tenants, owners and property managers. Inspection Manager has truly made the life of a Property Manger so much easier. Not only has it helped with capturing the true condition of a property, it is easy to navigate, sync and send reports. The Inspection Manager is an excellent app for high-quality templates used for reporting the condition of a property and cannot imagine conducting my daily roles without it.The Tenant Assisted Inspection is a very clever idea to get tenants involved in routine inspections. The admin set up is easy and tenants have had no troubles with using the link to complete their routine inspections during Covid - 19.

We've had massively increased productivity. Before implementing Bricks and Agent it wasn’t uncommon for us to see 80 to 100 work orders older than 30 days, now this sits at around 20. The trades are really happy using it. It’s really hit our service targets for owners and tenants too.
