APRIL 9 2019 This week’s Bricks + Agent product release notes includes the release of a new virtual inspection tool for property and facility managers as well as tenants.

New virtual inspection feature

The new Virtual Inspection feature adds another dimension to the property inspection and maintenance workflows for property managers and tenants. The app has the ability to conduct remote and onsite inspections with full video capability as well as register property assets, smart inspection scheduling and routing, and the ability to draft maintenance from the inspection in one-click,

In addition, the application can be accessed from the original Bricks + Agent property maintenance platform. Property managers can attach documents to the inspection for the tenants to review, as well as checklists and forms to help property managers check various elements at the property.

Previous reports will appear in the dashboard and can be compared with current reports which can be used for entry and exit routine inspections.
